Abraham Iboro is a data scientist and product builder from Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He didn't set out to build a software company. He set out to close a gap that the numbers made impossible to ignore.
The gap is this: Nigeria has over 22,000 registered secondary schools. The vast majority run entirely on paper - attendance registers, handwritten fee ledgers, manually compiled result sheets, and student records stored in files that can flood, burn, or simply disappear. Parents stay uninformed. Bursars stay overwhelmed. Principals spend weekends computing results by hand.
The technology to fix this existed. What didn't exist was a platform built specifically for Nigerian realities - for schools where power can go at any time, where not every teacher owns an expensive smartphone, where internet is unreliable, and where "school fees" are collected in cash across a counter.
That gap is what we are trying to fill which birthed NOAB Solutions - launched in 2025 from Port Harcourt. Offline-first. Mobile-ready. Built for the way Nigerian schools actually work. One straightforward mission: take Nigerian secondary schools off paper, and give every principal, teacher, bursar, and parent the tools they deserve.
